There is a new feature that was added into MouseMenu 2.9.3 AFTER the
documentation was "completed." I was fixing a memory bug when it
occured to me that I could make the SETUP screen even more "mousey" than
I'd already done. So, when you get to the SETUP area (if you're the
type of person who would rather use their mouse than their keyboard -
like I am) just point the mouse at the words or symbols in the
instruction portions of the screen.
For example, there is a bar in the middle of the SETUP screen that says
to press the TAB key to switch active windows. Just move your mouse over
the word TAB and hit the left mouse button. The window will update just
as if you'd hit the TAB key from the keyboard. This same feature will
work with the arrow keys, the ENTER key, the ESC key, and others.
Play around with it until you find what will and what will not work.
P.S. MouseMenu 3.0 is COMPLETELY "mousey" in the SETUP area (as well as
"keyboardy"). You'll like it alot. Good reason to register
MouseMenu 2.9.3 now, so you'll get the announcement of the 3.0
release and a 50% discount on it!
